Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Responsible for making outbound calls to leads.

 Convince potential customers to purchase product/services.

 Convert leads into sales for the product/services.

 Handle customer’s calls, solve queries. Explain the product to the customer, provide pricing details and obtain the customers basic details.

 Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.

 Maintain regular and reliable attendance & relevant reports, including the daily schedule as assigned

Candidate’s Desired Skills:

 Excellent Communication skill in English (Fluent Speaking & Writing).

 Basic Computer knowledge.

 Telemarketing, Telesales, Outbound sales & support skills.

 Good comprehension skills ability.

 Effective problem-solving skills including decision making.

 Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
