Job Description:

A Deputy BM is a professional in charge of Revenue generation, Corp, Govt and vendor Tie ups, guiding, motivating, monitoring & leading an entire team of a branch and a region.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Create an Inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Track Input Output mapping
  • Responsible for “month on month” and YoY revenue growth
  • Set clear State/Region/City/Branch goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all depts
  • Monitor team performance and reports on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team-building activities
  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
  • Conducting Performance reviews
  • Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
  • Recruitment of new team member thru references
  • Retaining the Team Members to maintain the office and region performance

 

Should have experience in:

                         - Handling issues

                         - Handling team (managerial abilities)

                         - Designing and executing Fundraising strategies,

                         - Using "Common sense"

                         - Using day to day mathematics in everyday processes

                         - Training

                         - Software/ Tech knowhow

                         - Reducing headaches of the management

  • Graduate in any stream and experience in leading a team in an NGO
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or as a supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, sales funnel etc
  • Good PC skills especially MS Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
