Position: Business development
Location: Citylight, Surat

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding the organization’s reach.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
● Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
● Contact potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking activities.
● Present company products/services and explain their benefits.
● Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
● Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.

Marketing & Promotion
● Participate in promotional activities, events, seminars, and campaigns.
● Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
● Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
● Track performance against targets and provide updates to management.

Skills & Competencies
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
● Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field. Experience
● 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relations, or a similar role.
● Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

● Number of leads generated.
