A growing organization engaged in the distribution and supply of electrical products and industrial solutions, catering to residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The company deals in a wide range of products including cables, switches, MCBs, RCBs, wires, pipes, and related electrical materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads through contractors, architects, builders, consultants, and project-based clients.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial projects for bulk product sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Promote company products including cables, switches, MCBs, RCBs, wires, pipes, and related electrical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of industrial or electrical products.
- Lead generation and field sales capability.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and site visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 0.6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in industrial sales will be preferred.
- Candidates from the electrical industry will have an added advantage.
- Local candidates from Surat or nearby areas preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and client visits.
