Customer Support - Job Description

Customer support is the act of providing support to both prospective and existing customers. The team will have to manage incoming support calls. There are four key principles of good customer support: It's personalized, competent, convenient, and proactive. These factors have the biggest influence on customer experience.

The selected candidate will be working on American time zone, they will be given appropriate training to make their Job easy. Also, to enhance the soft skills, the company will arrange soft skill training.
