Job Description:

We have urgent opening for Sourcing & Development Profile.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:  A bachelor's or master's degree in textile engineering, textile technology, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

2. Industry Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of the textile industry, including knowledge of fibres, fabrics, dyeing and finishing processes, and manufacturing techniques.

3. Supply Chain Expertise:  Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including sourcing, procurement and inventory management.

4. Market Research Skills:  Ability to conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

5. Communication Skills:  Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate developments to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing:  Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.  Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable agreements for the company.  Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance to maintain high standards. 2. Product Development:  Collaborate with production teams to understand product requirements and specifications.  Work with suppliers to develop new fabrics, finishes, and technologies that meet quality standards and market demands.
