Job Description:

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in Maharashtra by acquiring
and managing high-value clients, as well as leading a team of sales professionals based in
Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

 Business Development: Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the Maharashtra region.

 Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with high-ticket clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.

 Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

 Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals based in Mumbai, including an Assistant Manager and Executive.

 Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Maharashtra market.
 Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
 Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
 Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Experience
 Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management within the logistics or customs
brokerage industry.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a high-value
sales environment.
 Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Desired Skills
 Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
 Experience in international trade and export-import operations.
 Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at high-ticket client organizations.
