Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Manage and coordinate international sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on export sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the Agriculture and FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
