Service Manager
Job Description:
- Meeting with Event Coordinators to discuss audio video requirements.
- Setting up and installing microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras.
- handling pre sales post sales activity
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring quality of video audio .
- Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
- Laying electrical and sound cables.
The candidates required to provide post sales support to Partner / Customer. They also need to visit the customer location to understand the requirement for designing the solution. The ideal candidate would be knowledge of Computer Maintenance Operations with understanding of Network Parameter.
