Business Development Representative
Job Description:
- Relevant Experience of a minimum of 6 to 10 years in selling Services in mainly US market with ability to lead generation, close deals, and meet revenue targets consistently.
• Generate qualified leads from calling, emailing, social selling, events, networking, and other channels. Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
• Responsible for goal achievement of appointment setting, lead generation and client closures/conversion and revenue targets.
• Drive qualified sales meetings resulting in top of sales funnel pipeline.
• Implements and maintains sales best practices.
• Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly and quarterly team forecasts.
• Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification and sales processes.
• Create open communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing.
•Willing to work in US Shift
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM software
