Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Sales Manager at our Canadian Immigration Firm, you will be responsible for leading and
managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be
on selling immigration services to individuals and businesses seeking to immigrate to Canada. You will play a
pivotal role in achieving our business goals by developing and implementing effective sales strategies,
coaching and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business
objectives.
o Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform
sales strategies.
o Establish and maintain sales quotas and targets for the team.
2. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and onboard sales representatives.
o Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing performance feedback to the sales team.
o Set clear sales goals and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
3. Sales Operations:
o Manage the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, client acquisition, and
sales processes.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue data.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs
and provide tailored solutions.
o Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, highlighting key
performance metrics, trends, and opportunities.
o Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies
accordingly.
6. Compliance and Regulation:
o Stay up-to-date with Canadian immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
o Ensure that the sales team adheres to all relevant legal and ethical standards.
7. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
o Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop sales budgets and forecasts.
o Monitor expenses and ensure that the sales department operates within the allocated
budget.
