Roles and Responsibilities:
Role of HR Manager for our Hospital comprises of hiring of medical and non medical employees, managing them and communication, administering employee performance reviews, and completing payroll duties, Organizing for Medical and Non Medical Training Development, maintaining work culture, Design hospital workplace policies, resolve conflicts, Ensuring Health Safety of the employees.
Payroll Management
Recruitment, Hiring, Training for employees- End to End Management
Statutory/Regulatory Compliance
Create Review and Renew, Implement company policies & Grievance Handling Job Description
Prepare and issue appointment letter as per norms
Managing HR operational issues with the line management as appropriate
Manpower planning, staffing, reduction of manpower and orientation of new recruits
Preparation of MIS Report and submitting to Hospital Management
Monitoring of access control system and employees time attendance
Preparing payroll statement and coordinates with finance department for disbursing salary for the employees on monthly basis
Will be responsible for all statutory related works like PF, ESIC, Bonus and Labour Department works. To interact with statutory concern for smoothly function ,
