Job Summary
- As a Business Development Executive at JJB, your role is centred around building meaningful, long-term relationships with some of the most respected architects, designers, and industry professionals in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate high-value professional relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key industry stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible and trusted representative of the brand.
- Drive consistent and purposeful networking efforts, with a strong focus on meeting stakeholders regularly, staying present in their ecosystem, and building familiarity over time.
- Plan and conduct meaningful client interactions including meetings, presentations, and experience center visits with the objective of building long-term associations rather than short term transactions.
- Take ownership of the entire relationship journey from the first introduction to project engagement and continued follow-up ensuring consistency, professionalism, and reliability at every stage.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness by gradually converting relationships and market presence into business opportunities, while respecting the long-cycle nature of the industry.
- Represent the brand with confidence at industry forums, exhibitions, and professional gatherings, maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across all interactions.
- Develop a clear understanding of our products, their applications, and our market positioning, enabling you to communicate with clarity and respond effectively to client requirements.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and relationship management practices, ensuring continuity in communication and long-term engagement with stakeholders.
- Stay aware of market movements, emerging projects, and industry conversations, and proactively align your efforts to strengthen the company’s presence within your network.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, patience, and persistence recognizing that meaningful business outcomes in this role are built over time, not chased in the short term.
