Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Support: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM systems, and analyzing data to identify trends and improve segmentation
- Relationship Building: Developing long-term, profitable relationships with clients, including upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
- Campaign Coordination: Executing and monitoring CRM campaigns to boost customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline the customer journey and ensure seamless service.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing customer complaints efficiently, acting as the point of escalation for service issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, customer service, or sales roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
