Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Auditor (Fresher) who has completed LL.B. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and audit legal documents, agreements, contracts, and compliance records.
Ensure documents are legally valid and meet statutory requirements.
Identify discrepancies, legal risks, and non-compliance issues.
Assist in drafting and revising legal documents where required.
Maintain proper documentation and record management.
Coordinate with internal departments for document clarification and verification.
Prepare audit reports and summarize findings.
Stay updated with relevant legal and regulatory changes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance basics.
Good analytical and research skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of corporate laws and contract law.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
