Reporting To: Founder / Head of Product
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Product Supervisor who can take ownership of product development — from sampling to bulk production. You’ll ensure our garments match reference samples perfectly, use the right fabrics, and deliver a premium, second-skin feel across athleisure, nightwear, and workwear.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage end-to-end product development from sampling to bulk
•
Replicate reference samples with accuracy in fit, fabric feel, stretch, and construction
•
Source and evaluate performance fabrics (nylon, polyester, cotton blends, modal, lycra)
•
Coordinate with factories and fabric mills for sampling, costing, and production
•
Ensure premium stitching, comfort, durability, and finish standards
•
Oversee bulk production and ensure sample-to-bulk consistency

Experience working with tech packs and production samples
