Job Title: Sales Representative – HVAC Insulation Products
Location: Jaipur & pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our HVAC insulation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC insulation products to contractors, engineers, distributors, and end-users. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
* Promote and sell HVAC insulation products, including but not limited to fiberglass insulation, elastomeric foam, duct wraps, and pipe insulation.
* Conduct sales visits, presentations, and technical discussions with HVAC contractors, consultants, MEP engineers, and project managers.
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and pricing team.
* Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market intelligence.
* Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop product presentations and promotional materials.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction materials, or insulation products.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and insulation applications is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in HVAC
* Familiarity with MEP consultants and contracting firms in the region.

* Salary according to industrial norm + commission/incentive structure.
