Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The role involves door-to-door marketing, where the candidate will visit various factories to promote Signature and its range of products directly to factory owners. The Sales Representative will be equipped with a smart tablet containing all necessary product information but must also possess excellent presentation skills to create a lasting first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to factories to promote and advertise Signature products.
• Utilize a provided smart tablet to showcase product details and offerings effectively.
• Build strong relationships with factory owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Gather market feedback and provide insights to the management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience (preferably in an engineering product domain, but not mandatory).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is required.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations for sales visits.
