10. Understand clients’ needs and tailor elevator solutions to meet their specific requirements.
11. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
12. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional strategies.
13. Provide expert advice on product selection, customization, and installation processes.
14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
15. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
