*Position:* Sales Back Office Executive

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Quotation and Estimation*
- Prepare panel estimations and create product quotations.
- Send product quotation offers to clients and maintain accurate records.

2. *Client Interaction and Follow-up*
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and offers.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and feedback.

3. *Order Processing*
- Manage orders received for panels and forward them to the Design Department.
- Ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams.

4. *Coordination and Documentation*
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain ISO documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

*Educational Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization), Diploma in Electrical, or any equivalent graduate degree.
