Urgent opening - Sales Manager
Experience - 3.00 Yrs +
Location - The Plaza, MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana

Role Description:
As a Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue
growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5
years of proven success in sales management, with a track record of meeting and
exceeding sales targets. You will lead a dynamic sales team, implement effective
sales strategies, and foster strong client relationships to contribute to the overall
success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
 Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall
business objectives.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
 Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their
objectives.
 Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely
manner.
 Involve in direct sales, conduct regular site visits and close deals.
 Nurture leads from the beginning to finalization of deals.
 Introduce the product to prospective clients in all forms of media through call,
chat, emails etc.
 Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
 Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
 Strong hold over the product portfolio with great convincing skills.
 Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
