Job description:-
Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.

Textile Testing:

• Oversee the testing of textile materials for properties such as strength, durability, colorfastness, and other relevant characteristics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant testing standards and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any testing equipment malfunctions.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests conducted, including test methods, results, and any deviations from standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting key quality metrics and trends.

Equipment Management:

• Coordinate the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Identify and recommend the procurement of new equipment as needed.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with research and development teams to test and evaluate new materials and processes.
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and other departments to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance:

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to textile testing.
• Ensure that the laboratory operates in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
