Trainer RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Training and development of new client & after sales dept staff.
• Make 5 case study (Monthly) of our successful DMIT Counsellor video story.
• generate leads for seniors from training for their cross/up selling services.
• Dedicated Counselling of employees and client for their betterment of his job/business & collaborate
with management to execute counselling needs.
• Online/Offline Career counselling, Business counselling, corporate counselling, relationship counseling.
Schedule appropriate live training follow-up sessions online/offline.
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual / group training sessions and lectures.
