Job Description:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively managing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in IT Sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
