Job Description:
Becoming familiar with the company’s products and services
• Learn full line of Immigration software products including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition and competitive position.
• Keeping up-to-date with the immigration changes and any alterations to the immigration laws.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments for demos to discuss product performance.
Researching to find and connect with prospective clients.
Run demos for prospects, develop presentations and adapt sales collateral.
Run live and web-based presentations.
Discussing software and visa services needs with clients to determine the best-matched products.
Advising clients on technical matters regarding their software options using presentations to demonstrate product features.
Close sales in a consultative, longer sales cycle higher price point environment.
Communicating client needs with management.
Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the partners and their team.
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospects relationships.
Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and marking necessary changes.
Meet the assigned targets.
