- Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, leveraging both
traditional and digital channels.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing
a blend of online and offline communication mediums. This includes crafting
tailored proposals, conducting negotiations, and aligning customer requirements
with our service offerings in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Assume ownership of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through
proactive engagement and timely resolution of issues.
- Actively promote the "StepIn" brand by contributing to industry-related discourse
through avenues such as blogging, virtual events, and online forums.
- Demonstrate flexibility in terms of domestic and international travel, as per
business requirements.
