Division Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Division Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategy for one or more
of our key divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing professional services and
developing campaigns and narratives for B2B services.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Serve as a strategic partner to division leadership, driving development of go-to-market
strategies and integrated marketing plans that deliver on business goals and objectives.
▪ Collaborate with marketing, division leadership, and other subject matter experts to understand
the business objectives, services, and value propositions that serve as the foundation for the go
to market strategy.
▪ Collaborate with internal content, creative, and digital resources, and external vendors to create
and communicate campaign plans, influence outcomes, and drive successful end-to-end
campaign execution.
o Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and how best to engage them.
o Develop campaign briefs that define objectives, scope, budget, audience, strategy,
tactics, and metrics, and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders.
o Focus on integrated marketing campaigns featuring full-funnel content that drives
prospects through the buyer's journey.
o Work with resources and vendors to develop marketing content, sales collateral,
advertising, blogs, emails, infographics, social posts, video, case studies, sponsorships,
custom events and other assets needed to drive campaigns.
o Drive marketing programs across SEO, paid social, paid search, organic social, ABM,
events, webinars, and website copy.
▪ Monitor and evaluate goals and KPIs per campaign initiative and support regular reporting and
optimization based on results.
▪ Ensure division leadership and other stakeholders have consistent visibility into marketing
initiatives, project timelines, and key results.
▪ Partner with sales and business development teams to enable alignment across all campaigns
and initiatives. Ensure sales tools like key messaging and content aligned to buying stage are
avalaible to support bottom of the funnel efforts.
Competencies & Skills
▪ Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
▪ 5 years of experience in B2B services marketing and/or a solid understanding of professional
services, or outsourcing business.
▪ Excellent at grasping highly technical concepts and creating marketing content and
communications that have value and are easily understood.
