Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and review policies. Ensure the organization's compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Payroll & Compensation: Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensure all employees are compensated correctly and timely.
• HR Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze HR metrics to inform decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+years of relevant experience in HR in Automobile Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office proficient.
- Team Handling Experience
