Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.

5. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

6. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

8. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

9. Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred.
