Sr. Contract Manager / DGM
Job Description:
Job role & responsibility :-
1.Advise to team regarding all Contractual matters including potential Claims in the project; Monitoring the incoming and outgoing correspondence list and to ensure that all contractually important letters are replied in time.
2. Keep a regular watch on possible claims. Identifying, informing, quantifying, generating records for the same and ensure their fructification.
3.Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
4. Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
5.Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
6.Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
7. Finalization of contracts for High rise buildings
- Vendor Evaluation & Selection,
- Calculate the effectiveness of the Contract
- Making Company friendly contracts using the PBPC Model (Performance Based Productivity Contracts)
- Analysing the Project scheduling while finalization of contractor to ensure 100% quality and safety parameters as per selection criteria
