Urgent Opening for Project Manager/GM Project position for EVOS Buildcon Pvt. Ltd at Bhubaneswar location

Job Description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Experience in High Rise residential buildings of minimum G+B+20 and above with current assignment (preferable) from pit to finish
2. Preparing Progress and monitoring the reports for MIS and review.
3. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution (from concept to finishing)
4. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget,
5. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

KRAs:

1. Successful completion of the assigned projects as per the Company requirements on timelines,
2. Ensure quality of work is as per defined standards,
3. Safety - Ensure zero Casualty,
4. Ensure control as per BOQ of the contractor,
5. Ensure Productivity of the team.
6. Coordination with Architects, contractors and other vendors, consultants for timely progress and completion of project,
7. Review and monitoring the budget and cashflow

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

Using project management tools / Knowledge end use of computer software - FAR VISION ERP (preferred or equivalent / Good knowledge of understanding and studying the architecture drawings / contractor / labour management skills

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:

Effective Communication. / A Collaborative Spirit. / Creativity. / Critical Thinking. / Teamworking and relationship-building skills./ An eye for detail / English, Hindi and local language - Odia (preferred) required / Ability to make frequent field visits / Willingness to work large hours and also attend to tasks on holidays and weekly offs
