Job Description:
- Preparation of frameworks for due diligence of NGOs and other social cause projects covering areas like Governance, HR, Operations, Finance and Evaluation.
- Customise framework, if required, for the NGOs/ projects shortlisted by the Identification team.
- Collection of data and feedback from the project owners, employees, community, beneficiaries, etc. in accordance with the framework developed.
- Conduct a physical site visit to the NGO for detailed verifications.
- Meeting and collection of data from the Board of Directors as per the Due Diligence plan.
- Perform other check- CSR compliance, Financial statements, frauds and risk etc, as per the DD framework scope.
- Verification of all data collected. Identification of gaps and red flags thereafter.
- Develop recommendations and suggested action plans, if necessary, with project owners to mitigate gaps/risks.
- Collation and documentation of all data collected in a proper pre-defined format.
- Presentation of Due Diligence report to the HOD/ Authority.
