Job Description:


Position Overview-:

Drive the HR Transformation as the HR Head for one of the fastest growing companies in the building materials space while reporting directly to the Managing Director.

To provide administrative and generalist human resources management support including payroll, training, employee engagement, recruitment, succession planning, HRIS, process & policies improvement and implementation in consultation with the MD and the Senior Management Team members of the company.

Job Responsibilities-:

Articulating a vision, defining key values and instituting processes to pioneer the alignment of HR polices & strategies
Developing HR Capabilities across the organization to ensure the next phase of growth with strong ROI metrics.
Leading cultural integration in terms of building productivity, introducing new best practices and driving performance.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, employee engagement, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, HR- compliance, and labor relations.
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances Drive recognition on what HR does and how it adds value at the functional, team and individual level.
Developing relationships with functional heads and team members to provide them a solution to their needs, grievance, ground level feedback & implement various HR policies & Procedure
Ensure retention of best talent, performance management of overall talent and enhancing the performance driven culture
Work on key learning interventions to grow and groom talent internally, developing assessment centers and up-scaling internal capability around the same
Establish and implement efficient systems and procedure to ensure prompt services and effective controls in HRIS, including data/information and records etc.
Administrative Support: Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action, Conduct of Timely Meetings, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff.

Achieving the BSC (Balance Score Card) objective for the entire HR team.
Achievement of recruitment requirement and strategic objectives.
Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the organization.
Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for organization effectiveness.
To work on GPTW shortcomings and strengthen the work environment.

Organizational Alignment

Reports to the MD directly.
Work in coordination with the other Presidents in the company.
Need to handle Operational sites (4 Factory unit & 4 Office Locations) with a team of 8 to 10 HR personnel
Directs the support of specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other resources as needed by the respective HOD
Fosters close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
Key Attributes
Experience with HR in a Manufacturing company that have faced rapid growth
Experience across all aspects of Human Resource Operations, Strategic Planning & Leadership; acknowledged for establishing and strengthening HR systems and processes
Full time MBA (preferably HR/Personnel Management from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute) with 12+ years of experience
Progressive attitude and sensitivity towards human issues and problems Desire to learn and experiment with new practices and systems and customize to reflect Magicrete culture
Awareness about market trends, ability to anticipate and deal with problems related to externals well as internal environment
Out of Box thinker, Strong team player
Ability to cope with a challenging and competitive environment.
Ability to instill enthusiasm and confidence at all levels & becomes a culture carrier for the company

Job Requirement & Working Condition
Job requires travelling to all the offices & Plant location once a Quarter.
