Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for Area Sales Manager.
Job Description of Ares Sales Manger:
- A specialty in Automotive Lubricants or Automotive spare parts is required
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
- Roll out annual, quarterly, and monthly distributor programs;
- Produce targeted sales action plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for designated area;
- To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets;
- Training and development of the Distributor sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
- Executing and monitoring offline sales activities along with dealer and distributor networks
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- To carry out market analysis on competition and gather market intelligence in order to plan out sale’s promotional activities properly;
- Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the market
