Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates through job portals, references, placement consultants, company
careers page etc.
2. Partnering with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs
3. Designing and updating job descriptions
4. Advertising jobs on various online platforms and other available platforms
5. Screening resumes and application forms
6. Performing in-person and telephonic interviews of candidates
7. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and the candidates
8. Following up on the interview process status
9. Performing reference and background checks
10. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are
achieved
11. Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
12. Conducting exit interviews of separating employees
13. Preparation of reports related to recruitment, interview status, offers issued, joining,
confirmation etc.
14. Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill, attrition rate etc.)
15. Hosting/coordinating recruitment events and participating in job fairs
16. Responsible for Joining and Orientation of new joiners
17. Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits
18. Prepare and issue HR Letters/ documents.
