Job Description:
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise, train, and guide electricians, technicians, and contractors on the job site.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Create work schedules, estimate material and labor needs, and make sure projects finish on time and within budget.
- Blueprint & Code Compliance: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Ensure all work meets local codes, the National Electrical Code (NEC), or OSHA standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Lead safety tailgate meetings, monitor hazardous tasks, and enforce strict workplace safety protocols.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Check electrical installations to guarantee proper function, safety, and high quality.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose complex electrical malfunctions, power outages, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), or high-voltage systems.
- Resource & Budget Management: Coordinate with project managers to allocate tools, order inventory, track maintenance records, and update CMMS or SAP systems.
