Job Title: Quality & Supplier Development Engineer
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹2.45 LPA
Department: Quality / Engineering
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
Language: Fluent spoken English
Job Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products as per drawings and specifications.

Prepare inspection reports, quality documents, and audit records.

Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.

Conduct supplier visits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.

Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Coordinate with purchase, production, and stores teams for quality compliance.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, and measuring instruments.

Experience with quality inspection and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
-
Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier locations.
