Job Title: Telecaller Staff / Inside Sales Executive
Location: Jahangirpura, Surat
Gender: Female
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience - 0.5 to 2 years preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages Required: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Job Overview
We are looking for an articulate and dynamic female Telecaller to make outbound calls, introduce our technology solutions, and manage client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
Explain key IT offerings: SaaS Products, Customized Software, Automations, AI Agents, and Web/App Development.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or product demos for sales leads.
Maintain professional client relationship communications over phone and email.
Update call logs, client responses, and lead statuses in the database/CRM.
Requirements & Skills
Graduate in any field.
Strong verbal fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Basic understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions.
Excellent persuasive communication and active listening skills.
Prior experience in IT telecalling or lead generation is a plus.
