Position: QC Incharge
Department: Quality
Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or Any Graduate with relevant QC experience
Job Location: Pipodara, Kim (Surat, Gujrat)
Industry Preference: Steel Manufacturing, Telescopic Channel Manufacturing, Sheet Metal/Roll Forming

Job Summary
Manage all quality control activities including IQC, IPQC, FQC, quality documentation, ISO compliance, audits, inspections, customer complaints, supplier quality, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* IQC, IPQC and FQC inspections
* Inspection of raw materials, WIP and finished goods
* Prepare SOPs, Control Plans, NCR, CAPA, inspection reports and calibration records
* Maintain ISO 9001 quality documentation
* Use Vernier, Micrometer, Dry Film Thickness and other measuring instruments
* Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone and other QC tools
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Maintenance
* Handle customer complaints and supplier quality issues
* Lead QC inspectors and ensure process compliance

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Steel and telescopic channel manufacturing, quality documentation, engineering drawings, MS Office, leadership and problem-solving.
