Position: IELTS Faculty Intern
Location: Citylight, Surat

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic IELTS Faculty Intern with excellent English communication skills and a keen interest in teaching. The ideal candidate will assist senior trainers in delivering high-quality IELTS coaching while supporting students in achieving their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist IELTS trainers in conducting classroom and online sessions.
* Guide students in all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
* Evaluate mock tests, assignments, and practice papers, and provide constructive feedback.
* Conduct speaking interviews and writing assessments under faculty supervision.
* Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication skills.
* Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice exercises.
* Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance.
* Conduct doubt-solving sessions and motivate students throughout their preparation.
* Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.
* Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure an excellent learning experience.

Eligibility Criteria
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Freshers with outstanding English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
* IELTS certification (Band 7.0 or above) or prior IELTS coaching experience will be an added advantage.
