Job Description:

Designation: Branch Manager

Job Descriptions:

1) Supervise 2 to 3 Immigration Counsellors who will specialize in Education and Immigration Streams

2) Responsible for Branch’s Business Targets

3) Motivate and support team members to achieve individual targets

4) Address concerns of clients and professionally respond to any questions asked

5) Continuously learn and update knowledge with team members

6) Achieve individual targets of Immigration steams

7) Responsible to monitor each inquiry and ensure data is organised.

8) Prepare individual and branch’s performance reports on a monthly basis

9) Manage petty cash and ensure the payments are processed for maintenance of office as well as any additional expenses such as entertainment etc.

10) Design promotional strategy and discuss with management.

11) Prepare Immigration Applications and review documents with respect to applicable immigration program

12) Assist team members in preparing applications for students.

13) When required, meet parents of the students retained by counsellors.

Requirements:

1) Education: Minimum Graduation

2) Language: Command over English is MANDATORY

3) Aptitude: Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets

4) Experience: Preferred experience in Sales environment and proven track-record
