Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales of diamonds/jewellery through Rapaport Trade and other digital B2B platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Manage inquiries, convert leads, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in diamond/jewellery sales (B2B).
- Proven track record in online sales, preferably via Rapaport Trade.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
