Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proac􀆟ve Import & Export Execu􀆟ve to manage end-toend
interna􀆟onal logis􀆟cs opera􀆟ons, including import/export shipments, customs
clearance, documenta􀆟on, and internal distribu􀆟on in des􀆟na􀆟on countries.
The role involves coordina􀆟ng with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and
overseas logis􀆟cs partners to ensure smooth movement of goods from origin to final
distribu􀆟on. The candidate will also play a key role in managing overseas warehouse
coordina􀆟on and ensuring seamless internal distribu􀆟on of products within interna􀆟onal
markets for both third-party shipments and our own brand exports.

Key Responsibili􀆟es
 Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes (air, sea, LCL/FCL), ensuring
smooth coordina􀆟on from origin to des􀆟na􀆟on.
 Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping agents, and internal teams to
ensure 􀆟mely movement of goods.
 Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documenta􀆟on.
 Ensure 􀆟mely customs clearance and proac􀆟vely resolve any shipment-related issues, delays,
or documenta􀆟on discrepancies.
 Track all incoming and outgoing shipments and provide regular updates to internal
stakeholders.
 Coordinate with suppliers and factories for produc􀆟on planning, dispatch schedules, and
shipment readiness.
 Ensure full compliance with interna􀆟onal import/export regula􀆟ons, customs requirements,
and documenta􀆟on standards.
 Maintain accurate shipment records, documenta􀆟on files, and logis􀆟cs reports for audit and
opera􀆟onal tracking.
 Support cost op􀆟miza􀆟on in freight, logis􀆟cs, and overall supply chain opera􀆟ons.
 Coordinate and manage the internal distribu􀆟on of products within des􀆟na􀆟on countries
a􀅌er customs clearance, including movement from ports to warehouses, fulfillment centers,
distributors, retailers, and end customers.
 Liaise with 3PL partners, warehouses, logis􀆟cs providers, and distribu􀆟on partners to ensure
efficient inventory movement and 􀆟mely delivery.
 Monitor stock levels in overseas warehouses and ensure 􀆟mely replenishment based on
demand forecasts and sales requirements.
 Track and resolve any distribu􀆟on-related issues such as delays, inventory mismatches,
damage claims, or transporta􀆟on challenges.
 Collaborate with sales, opera􀆟ons, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order
fulfillment in interna􀆟onal markets.
 Ensure compliance with local warehousing, transporta􀆟on, labeling, and distribu􀆟on
regula􀆟ons in des􀆟na􀆟on countries.
 Analyze logis􀆟cs and distribu􀆟on performance and support ini􀆟a􀆟ves for process efficiency
and cost op􀆟miza􀆟on in the supply chain.
