Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import & Export Executive to manage end-to-end international logistics operations, including import/export shipments, customs clearance, documentation, and internal distribution in destination countries.


The role involves coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and overseas logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of goods from origin to final distribution. The candidate will also play a key role in managing overseas warehouse coordination and ensuring seamless internal distribution of products within international markets for both third-party shipments and our own brand exports.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes (air, sea, LCL/FCL), ensuring smooth coordination from origin to destination.
 Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
 Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documentation.
 Ensure timely customs clearance and proactively resolve any shipment-related issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
 Track all incoming and outgoing shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
 Coordinate with suppliers and factories for production planning, dispatch schedules, and shipment readiness.
 Ensure full compliance with international import/export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
 Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation files, and logistics reports for audit and operational tracking.
 Support cost optimization in freight, logistics, and overall supply chain operations.
 Coordinate and manage the internal distribution of products within destination countries after customs clearance, including movement from ports to warehouses, fulfillment centers, distributors, retailers, and end customers.
 Liaise with 3PL partners, warehouses, logistics providers, and distribution partners to ensure efficient inventory movement and timely delivery.
 Monitor stock levels in overseas warehouses and ensure timely replenishment based on demand forecasts and sales requirements.
 Track and resolve any distribution-related issues such as delays, inventory mismatches, damage claims, or transportation challenges.
 Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order  fulfillment in international markets.
 Ensure compliance with local warehousing, transportation, labeling, and distribution regulations in destination countries.
 Analyze logistics and distribution performance and support initiatives for process efficiency and cost optimization in the supply chain.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or
related field
 3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain coordination
 Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and customs clearance
processes
 Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL providers
 Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
 Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
 Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end logistics operations

Preferred Skills
 Experience in FMCG, hygiene, or manufacturing industry (sanitary products preferred)
 Exposure to export markets such as the US, Europe, or Middle East
 Knowledge of LCL/FCL shipment planning and container optimization
 Experience working with overseas warehouses, 3PL providers, or distribution partners
 Understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)
 Familiarity with US customs clearance and documentation requirements (added advantage)
 Ability to coordinate end-to-end supply chain from factory dispatch to final market distribution
 Strong analytical skills to monitor logistics performance, delays, and cost efficiency
 Experience handling multiple international shipments simultaneously
 Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage urgent shipment or customs issues independently
 Good negotiation skills with freight forwarders and logistics vendors
