Job Description:
- Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly master production schedules based on demand forecasts.
- Capacity Planning: Assess and optimize workforce capacity, equipment availability, and machine capacities to prevent bottlenecks.
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Track raw materials, consumables, and sub-assemblies to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock shortages.
- Workflow Coordination: Align production goals with sales, procurement, and supply chain departments to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process.
- Shift & Resource Allocation: Assign operators, establish dispatch priorities, and schedule workforce shifts to maximize line performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and calculate key manufacturing metrics like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle times, and scrap.
- Data & Reporting: Generate daily/weekly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports on production milestones, costs, and labor utilization.
