Job Responsibilities
· Recruitment & Selection (end-to-end hiring process)
· Joining formalities and onboarding of new employees
· Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
· Attendance and leave management
· Payroll coordination and salary input preparation
· Handling employee queries and basic grievance management
· Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements
· Maintaining HR MIS reports
· Supporting compliance-related HR activities
