We have urgent opening for HR & Admin Executive.
Location - Chembur Mumbai
Experience - Minimum 2 Yr
Job Description -
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files)
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and policies
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
