General Manager Sales

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead and drive the overall sales strategy for our frozen food business. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong distribution networks, and achieving revenue growth across domestic and/or international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth
• Lead and manage the sales team, including regional and area sales managers
• Expand and strengthen distribution channels, including modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and e-commerce
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
• Drive brand visibility and product penetration in competitive FMCG markets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
• Ensure effective pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams for demand planning
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience:

• 15 years+ of experience in sales within FMCG or frozen food industry
• Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving targets
• Experience handling multi-channel sales (General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa)
