Job Summary
We are looking for a fresher Production Supervisor to join our production team. The candidate will support daily manufacturing and fabrication activities related to aluminum, glazing, façade, and cladding products. The role involves coordinating with workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily production and fabrication activities on the shop floor
* Monitor production targets and ensure work is completed on time
* Coordinate with workers and other departments for smooth operations
* Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the production area
* Ensure proper use of fabrication machines, tools, glass, aluminum, and raw materials
* Check product quality and report any issues to management
* Maintain daily production records and reports
* Follow company policies and production procedures
* Assist in reducing wastage and improving productivity
* Report machine breakdowns or production delays to senior staff

Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of production, fabrication, or manufacturing processes
* Understanding of aluminum, glass, façade, or cladding work will be an advantage
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage workers and daily tasks
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
* Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Willingness to learn and work in shifts or at site if required
