Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
- Optimize and improve model performance
- Automate data processes and workflows
- Document methodologies and maintain data integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Basic understanding of statistics and probability
- Good communication and analytical skills
