Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, translate
them into functional specifications, and work closely with development and QA teams to
ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
 Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
 Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
 Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases for product features.
 Coordinate between clients, product team, developers, and QA.
 Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with the development team.
 Ensure proper documentation and clarity of requirements before development begins.
 Assist QA team in understanding test scenarios and business logic.
 Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate final deliverables.
 Track project progress and ensure features align with business objectives.

Required Skills
 Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
 Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
 Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
 Ability to create process flows and functional diagrams
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 Basic understanding of databases and APIs

Preferred Skills
 Experience with Project Management tools
 Knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
 Experience working with web-based applications or SaaS products
